Exchange/Returns Policy

 

DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMS

If your customized jersey arrives defective, please contact us by filling out our support form. Include your order number and a picture of the item clearly showing the issue. Our customer support team will assist you promptly.

Please note: You may return or exchange items within thirty days of receiving your order. The size, name, and number you provide will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, name, or number is selected by you and sent out, our website is not responsible for replacing these items.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

Since your personalized jersey is unique, just for you, a $15 customization fee is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us with your order number and reason for cancellation and we will attempt to retrieve it. Please note, however, that once your order has been submitted, we will begin production of the personalized item immediately. If you wish to cancel your purchase that has been put into production, your order will be subject to a $15 per piece restocking fee.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, minus any shipping fees and discounts on personalized items, except in cases where an incorrect shipment was made. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to become available in your account. It may also take an additional billing cycle for the funds to appear on your billing statement.

Exchange & Return

Our personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged. For returns related to defective or misprinted items, please refer to our Return Policy on Damaged/Misprinted Items or contact our customer service for further assistance.

Please note that the following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy, and we are not liable for these issues.

  1. Products that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  2. Issues arising from personal reasons, such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the fit of a size.
  3. Personalized items, being unique and customized, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Please ensure that the product’s original packaging and accessories remain in good condition to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.
